Pam patiently and diligently supported our house-hunting efforts for nearly four years. Pam was knowledgeable regarding the numerous additional rules, ordinances, insurance practices, etc. associated with buying a home in the Florida Keys. After our wonderful home buying experience, we now consider Pam part of the family. Special touches included:- Entertaining our four year old grandson on several trips.- A birthday balloon bouquet on my birthday...we were house-hunting that day!- For each house we were interested in, Pam obtained the tax, flood, and insurance information. This assisted us in understanding the total cost of the home!- Absolute low pressure.- Was able to relate personal experiences for many of our questions.- Facilitated a good choice of home inspectors, surveyors, closing attorney, etc.We most strongly recommend Pam for your Florida Keys real estate needs.

Pam was incredible! She dealt with 2 out-of-town sellers, one nutsy buyer, presented multiple offers, negotiated as instructed, and then was called into service "above and beyond" when she donated furnishings and fixtures and had all belongings removed per the Sellers' wishes. Would I recommend Pam? Absolutely! Without hesitation!

I own a home in South Florida and wanted to buy another in the Florida Keys. Did not really dream it was possible. I'm a nurse. So nursing salary... All I had was a 5% down payment. All the other Realtors turned me away. Pam held my hand,, I mean she pulled up info like a lawyer would!! And I now have my dream home. I'm now looking for one more investment property. Pam is the only one I will trust to be in it for me,,not the money,,,, I wish anyone who needed a realtor could call me for my testimonial.... Tytytytytytyty pam. :-*

"Pam worked with us for about 5 years on both an attempted purchase and on the sale of our house. We have bought & sold a dozen houses and Pam is the Best sales agent we have ever had. Pam is perceptive of the market and guided us accordingly. She puts a lot of effort on our behalf. Pam is fun to be around and that is important. She knows contract work and she picked up mistakes by the other side on several occasions. Pam got us out of a messy situation when trying to buy a house where the facts were miss stated by the seller. You are lucky to have Pam on your staff.
